John has been a full time REALTOR® since 2003. He entered the business directly out of college and has helped hundreds of clients with their housing needs. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate: traditional sales, working with Buyers and Sellers, short sales, investor sales. His current role is Director of Operations for Mark’s Team. He oversees and manages the agents and admin staff.
In the business now for 19 years, Justin began working in real estate during his college years at the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. From there, Justin practiced as a RE/MAX agent in Atlanta and successfully opened Justin Seeby & Associates in the heart of Poncey-Highland in 2003. 11 years later, he capped off his career there as the #2 Keller Williams agent in Georgia and joined the Mark Spain Team as Director of Sales and Growth. In 2001, after attending the University of North Carolina, Lisa joined CAHEC (Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation) in Raleigh as the Finance Administrator. CAHEC raises capital to fund the development and management of affordable multi-family housing. CAHEC also facilitates community empowerment programs to include scholarships and first time homebuyer grants for residents.

Harrison Mosack, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a graduate from the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Harrison joined the Mark Spain Team in 2013 as an Investor Agent. Shortly after joining the Investor team, Harrison began working with Paige Parker as a showing assistant in order to absorb the Buyer and Listing agent side of the industry as well. She just recently transitioned into a full-time Exclusive Buyer Specialist. Harrison serves on the Atlanta Board of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Prior to joining the Mark Spain Team, Harrison was the Operations Director for a natural gas company in the Metro Atlanta area for a little over one year. Carol, a Georgia native, began her Real Estate career in 1991. She has enjoyed working in many different aspect of Real Estate including multi-family, single family and new home construction. Barry is in incredible asset to the Mark Spain Team. As leader of our investor division, Barry is responsible for managing every contract and transaction that our investor team produces. Prior to working for The Mark Spain Team, Barry was a homebuilder who has built over 1000 homes.
Maggie assists the Listing Partners by preparing their Listing Packets to take on Listing Appointments with potential clients including researching tax records and property deeds of new listings, running CMA’s for the Listing Partners to help them determine how a new listing should be priced by comparing nearby sales. She assists the Listing Partners with scheduling closings to ensure that it is convenient for all parties and ensuring that all paperwork is submitted to the closing attorney and Buyer’s Agent in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing. She remains in contact with the Seller as needed to keep them informed of offers on their home, when inspections and appraisals are scheduled and when the closing will take place. She ensures that all contract files and client databases are kept up to date and other day to day tasks for the Team.
Tina has been with The Mark Spain Team since 2011 and is a native Georgian. Having previously worked in City government for 14 years, then a local Atlanta homebuilder for 7 years, she has been around property and real estate all of her adult career. Tina assists the Listing Partners from the binding contract stage through to closing. She assists the Listing Partners with scheduling closings to ensure that it is convenient for all parties and ensuring that all paperwork is submitted to the closing attorney and Buyer’s Agent in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing. She remains in contact with all parties as needed to keep them informed when inspections and appraisals are scheduled and when the closing will take place. As a short sale facilitator, I act as liaison between homeowners and their mortgage lenders ensuring a smooth short sale transaction. I assist in clearing title and obtaining short sale approvals exclusively for the Mark Spain Team.
Lea Latty is our Short Sale Listing Specialist, and is also Bilingual/Spanish. She has an extensive knowledge of the short sale process which allows her to explain the steps with her sellers so they are extremely comfortable with their decision. She has been in real estate for 7 years originally working for an investor where she bought homes at foreclosure auction on the courthouse steps. With her short sale experience and customer service skills she is committed to making the short sale process as smooth as possible.
