John has been a full time REALTOR® since 2003. He entered the business directly out of college and has helped hundreds of clients with their housing needs. Maggie assists the Listing Partners by preparing their Listing Packets to take on Listing Appointments with potential clients including researching tax records and property deeds of new listings, running CMA’s for the Listing Partners to help them determine how a new listing should be priced by comparing nearby sales. She assists the Listing Partners with scheduling closings to ensure that it is convenient for all parties and ensuring that all paperwork is submitted to the closing attorney and Buyer’s Agent in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing. She remains in contact with the Seller as needed to keep them informed of offers on their home, when inspections and appraisals are scheduled and when the closing will take place. She ensures that all contract files and client databases are kept up to date and other day to day tasks for the Team.
Tina has been with The Mark Spain Team since 2011 and is a native Georgian. Having previously worked in City government for 14 years, then a local Atlanta homebuilder for 7 years, she has been around property and real estate all of her adult career. As a short sale facilitator, I act as liaison between homeowners and their mortgage lenders ensuring a smooth short sale transaction. I assist in clearing title and obtaining short sale approvals exclusively for the Mark Spain Team.
Ray Godleski is native to Atlanta and grew up in a Realtor household. He attained his M.B.A. in 2001 from Robinson School of Business (GA State campus downtown). After 8 years of a sales and management career in the building materials industry he joined the real estate industry January 2006 at Remax. In 2010 he saw the winning ways of Keller Williams Realty and joined them. He has achieved Million Dollar Club status every year and a consistent producer already surpassing $30 million dollars of real estate sold.
