Mark Spain Real Estate Named to 2017 Inc. 5000

Inc. 5000 names Mark Spain Real Estate as Fastest Growing Companies in America for the second year in a row. Based out of Alpharetta, GA, Mark Spain Real Estate now has offices in Athens, Stockbridge and Marietta. The team of now over 100 agents, administrators and directors loves serving these local communities.

Dusty Labossiere, Exclusive Listing Agent at MSRE, says, “I’m growing and being stretched faster than I would have been anywhere else, and it’s all due to the massive amount of experience you get from trying to drink from the firehose.” As each office continues to grow, the tight-knit family feel remains at the center of all they do.

Many team members go the the gym together, rely on each other for professional advice or play on the company sports teams together. Dusty says that the team culture is very motivating and holds everyone accountable, setting Mark Spain Real Estate up for success both personally and professionally.

Mark Spain Real Estate Expansion

In July of 2016, MSRE made the decision to travel back home to its Bulldawg roots. We opened up the first expansion office in Athens, Georgia. Daniel Pollard, Exclusive Buyer Agent, joined the Athens team this past spring. He emphasizes how “having a team around with this much experience and willingness to help has kicked his career off years ahead of where he would be without MSRE. It’s like having a second family.”

Anyone who is from Athens can testify to the uniqueness of the area. Daniel feels that being a real estate agent in Athens allows him to serve his community in a very special way – “I love having a job where I get to plug into my home community and love on my neighbors while finding them the home of their dreams!” Mark Spain Real Estate is honored to be on the Inc. 5000 List.

In March of 2017, Mark Spain Real Estate opened up their third office in Stockbridge, Georgia. One of Stockbridge’s Listing Agents, Kellie Gambino, has a lot of love for this office and the unique qualities of the surrounding area. She says, “the culture around the south metro Atlanta area is very special. We have a lot of families on old land out here, mixed with a boom in suburban growth. It’s never the same day or same showing twice!” This is another reason why Mark Spain Real Estate was named on the Inc. 5000 List.

Rapid Growth

Due to the rapid growth across Atlanta, MSRE is opening their fourth office this fall in Marietta, GA. The Marietta office is located on the west side of Atlanta. Austin Brown, Exclusive Listing Agent, says, “opening up a new office with MSRE has been exciting for all of us”. The west side of Atlanta is exploding, and it’s so good to be right in the middle of things!” This has helped Mark Spain get on the Inc. 5000 List.

From Alpharetta to Athens to Stockbridge to Marietta, Mark Spain Real Estate is embedded in the hearts of these towns. “It is a fantastic feeling to be so close to these communities,” says Cindy Krampetz, DOS for the Marietta Team. “While we have been servicing clients in the area for the last 20 years, we’re excited to now fully immerse ourselves and give back!”

Mark Spain Real Estate is slated to move into North Carolina as 2018 approaches.
