  • The current median sold price for a home is up 7.3% from this time last year, with a jump from $247K to $265K
  • The supply of available homes is down by .3% from this time last year, a decrease from 23,723 to 23,672 homes
  • A home’s average days on market is up by 1.1% from this time last month, staying constant at 45 days

Sellers, median sold prices are up! Limited inventory coupled with high buyer demand means the market is hot! In addition, the average profit margins for homeowners who sold in the second quarter have increased by nearly 34%.
