In an annual ranking by REAL Trends, a leading source of information and analytics for residential real estate, Mark Spain Real Estate placed nationally in two key categories. Our mobile site design took top honors, being named the No. 1 Mobile Website in real estate. Additionally, the MarkSpain.com website earned the No. 8 spot in the Top 10 Overall Websites. Our Georgia-based firm was in stiff competition with both big name firms and high-end/luxury real estate companies from California to New York.

The best overall websites were judged on using a list of criteria in five critical areas including: mobile experience, use of video, neighborhood/community pages, property detail pages, and design. The 10 sites scoring highest in all five areas were named Best Overall.
