Expansion of the Mark Spain Real Estate Charlotte Office

The Mark Spain Real Estate Charlotte office has tripled in size! Our new office is located at 8430 University Executive Park Drive, Suite 660! The original Charlotte location has grown to 24 agents and counting in the last two years since opening. Charlotte has seen a vast increase in job growth, population and new construction.  Our Charlotte office has expanded as a result of this growth.

Rachel Alles, Director of Sales for the Charlotte office, has spent her entire 17-year real estate career in Charlotte. Rachel is well-versed with the tremendous growth and opportunity in the area, and we are thankful to have her leading our Charlotte team. “Charlotte is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. We serve a 13-county region and by adding more agents, we look forward to serving even more Charlotte families with their real estate needs,” says Rachel.

Mark Spain Real Estate’s closed home sales were up 152 percent in Charlotte in 2019. Additionally, the Charlotte office has experienced a 172 percent revenue growth and the real estate agent team has increased by 120 percent over the prior year. With this large growth, it was time for our Charlotte office to expand.

Charlotte Office Grand Opening

Mark Spain Real Estate will host its official grand opening on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at our brand new office location. We encourage licensed real estate professionals to attend. The grand opening event lasts from 10 am to 12 pm, featuring a light brunch and refreshments. Furthermore, executive leadership including Chairman and CEO Mark Spain and President John Makarewicz, will be on hand for the celebration.

“This new location is centrally located in Charlotte. It is also close to major highways, allowing our agents to best serve our clients,” explains CEO Mark Spain. “We definitely needed the extra space, because we plan to double our Charlotte real estate team in the second quarter of 2020.”

We are so excited for this expansion, and we can’t wait to see MSRE grow even more within this next year.
