Mark Spain Real Estate Grants Biggest Fish Wish Yet
Mark Spain Real Estate made the most of its fifth year contributing to Atlanta radio station 104.7 and its Fish Christmas Wish program in 2020. In partnership with its Mark Spain Foundation, the Atlanta-based, independent real estate brokerage granted its biggest Fish Wish yet to an Avondale Estates family.
Mark Spain Granting Ayden’s Biggest Fish Wish
Anita, a single mother, with a 7-year-old son who has a rare brittle bone disease, touched Mark Spain’s heart. Ayden dreamed of riding a bike for years, but the risk of riding an average bike was too great. Mark Spain and the Mark Spain Foundation wanted to make this dream a reality for Ayden. They had a custom-made orthopedic bike built so he could safely stay active and enjoy this childhood pleasure.
But the team at Mark Spain Real Estate did not stop there. They also arranged to have a chair lift installed to help Ayden safely get up and down the stairs at home. Additionally, they provided groceries, a family shopping spree, an iPad, a Nintendo Switch, a KitchenAid mixer and gift cards. In total, the Fish Christmas Wish was valued at more than $12,000.

CEO and owner Mark Spain, who is the father of five children, was eager to make this Christmas brighter for Ayden and Anita. He personally announced the gift to Anita while on the air at 104.7. On December, 21 2020, he surprised Anita and Ayden in person at their home.
