We have compiled some important information about obtaining your real estate license in each of the markets we serve.

STart your real estate career with the best place to work! Once you have passed the pre-license course exam, you will interview with our team and if an offer letter is presented, you will start our initial training program. In as little as three weeks, you will begin receiving booked appointments on your calendar.

Real Estate License Requirements

Florida

  1. Apply for your Florida Real Estate License. You must be 18 years or older, you must be a United States citizen or permanent resident, and show proof of high school graduation.preparation.
  2. Complete 63 hours of Florida Real Estate Commission approved education. Learn more here.
  3. Digital fingerprints will need to be taken a minimum of 5 days prior to submitting your application. Your application should be submitted to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
  4. Register to take the Florida Salesperson Licensing Exam.
  5. Your license will be officially active after you affiliate with a broker. To obtain an active license, you will need a Sponsoring Broker Form.

Georgia

  1. Apply for your Georgia Real Estate License. You must be 18 years of age or older, be a United States citizen or permanent resident and show proof of high school graduation.
  2. Complete 75 hours of Georgia Real Estate Commission approved education. Learn more here. 
  3. Request a background check.
  4. Register to take the Georgia Salesperson Licensing Exam with the AMP and make sure to bring a Lawful Presence Notarized Affidavit with you to the exam. Click here to apply.
  5. Once you pass the exam, you have 12 months to apply with the state for your license. To obtain an active license, you will
    need a Sponsoring Broker Statement Form.

  1. Apply for a North Carolina Real Estate License. You must be 18 years of age or older, be a United States citizen or permanent resident, and have a social security number.
  2. Complete the 75-hour North Carolina Broker Pre-licensing Course at a North Carolina school approved by the Commission or possess education equivalent.
  3. Request a background check.
  4. Register to take the two-part real estate license examination. Make sure to bring a Lawful Presence Notarized Affidavit with you to the exam. Click here to learn more.
  5. Once you pass the exam, you must complete a license application and satisfy with the Commission that you possess the requisite character for licensure.

Tennessee

  1. Apply for your Tennessee Real Estate License. You must be 18 years of age or older, be a United States citizen or permanent resident and have a social security number.
  2. Complete the 60-hour Tennessee Affiliate Broker Pre-licensing Course and a 30-hour Course for New Affiliates at a Tennessee school approved by the Commission.
  3. Request a background check.
  4. Register to take the Tennessee real estate license examination. Make sure to bring a Lawful Presence Notarized Affidavit with you to the exam. Click here to learn more.

    requisite character for licensure.
