Mark Spain Real Estate, whose founder, Mark Spain, is a University of Georgia graduate, secured a spot on the 2022 Bulldog 100 List of Fastest-Growing Firms. Hundreds of entries are received every year for this coveted recognition of business growth. The University of Georgia Alumni Association’s 2022 Bulldog 100 list will feature the fastest-growing businesses owned or operated by UGA alumni and is measured by compounded annual growth over the three-year period of 2018-2020.

This will be the fourth time Mark Spain Real Estate has been honored on the annual Bulldog 100. The Atlanta-based firm has an ever-widening service area which includes all of metro Atlanta, Athens, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Tampa, and Orlando.

The Alpharetta-based firm has earned the No. 1 real estate team in the United States honor for closed transactions by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends the last four years running. Mark Spain Real Estate is also a six-time recipient of the prestigious Inc. 5000 honor, spotlighting the fastest-growing private companies in America.

Applicants were measured by their business’ compounded annual growth rate during a three-year period. The Atlanta office of Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors, a Bulldog 100 partner since the program began in 2009, verified the information submitted by each company.
