Mark Spain Real Estate has again earned a place on Charlotte’s Top Selling Residential Real Estate Companies list. It is the firm’s third consecutive year to be recognized on the list. Based on 2021 closed local sales, the annual list of top 25 companies is compiled and awarded by the Charlotte Business Journal. The Top 25 list was published in an April 2022, issue of Charlotte Business Journal.
Mark Spain Real Estate expanded into the Charlotte real estate market in 2018. Last year, the firm more than doubled its metro Charlotte closed sales volume, ending the year with $444 million in gross sales.
