Rano Ahmed is the Vice President of Investor Sales at Mark Spain Real Estate, where she leads the company’s Guaranteed Offer program, investor sales, and strategic partnerships. She works with sales, product, technology, and legal teams to build new transaction models and scale partner programs. She writes about Guaranteed Offers, selling a home for cash, and buying before you sell.
Rano has more than a decade of experience in real estate, finance, and operations. She started in commercial real estate consulting, then held leadership roles at Redfin and HomeLight, managing markets, teams, and programs that supported thousands of home sales. At HomeLight, she oversaw lending operations for the Buy Before You Sell product, including loan origination.
Rano holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from DePaul University, with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Investment and in Leadership and Change Management.
