The Hard Facts – Athens Market Update

  • Number of active listings was down 32% from one year earlier, and down 15% from the previous month
  • Compared to last year, the average number of days homes spent on the market was down 29% at 40 days
  • The median sales price in September was at $259,000
  • The number of units sold increased 8% year over year, and decreased 14% month over month
