Top 25 Atlanta Real Estate Offices List
Mark Spain Real Estate has been honored as one of the top-selling offices in metro Atlanta. It was recently named to Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Offices list, which is based on 2021 Atlanta gross sales volume. As an Atlanta real estate firm, we are proud to be nominated and experience continual growth!
Compiled annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Top 25 list was recently published in its Home Quarterly Top Producers issue. In that same edition, Mark Spain Real Estate was honored as one of the top-producing 25 residential real estate firms, independent or franchise, in metro Atlanta.
With its largest single-year sales growth since the inception of the company in 2016, Mark Spain Real Estate’s metro Atlanta closed sales volume increased by nearly 86% in 2021, ending the year with $1.73 billion in annual sales and 5,444 closings. The 2021 sales in all markets totaled $3.3 billion, a 130% increase over its $1.4 billion 2020 sales. At the conclusion of 2021, Mark Spain Real Estate had five metro Atlanta locations, as well as offices in Athens, Ga., Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, Orlando and Tampa.
