The Hard Facts – Charlotte Market Update

• The number of active listings was down 51% from one year earlier, and down 23% from the previous month
• Compared to last year, the average number of days homes spent on the market was down 45% at 22 days
• The median sales price in December was at $295,000
• The number of units sold increased 9% year over year and increased 3% month over month
