After announcing his independence from his prior brokerage in 2016, Mark Spain formed Mark Spain Real Estate. Mark grew his business by implementing a combination of strategic marketing and a client-focused approach. These values have enabled the company to endure tremendous growth! Five years later, the full-service brokerage is honored to serve seven areas including Metro Atlanta and Athens in Georgia, Charlotte and Raleigh in North Carolina, Nashville in Tennessee, and Orlando and Tampa in Florida! Within these seven areas, we have eleven offices. The tight-knit community remains a family no matter how far the reach is! We are thankful for the continuous expansion and depth of technology to foster ways to implement our company culture throughout all of the offices, no matter the location.
