Through the Years with Mark Spain Real Estate- Consistent Growth

Mark Spain Real Estate went independent in 2016. The company was founded on its main focus being relationships over transactions. Since going independent, we have served over 38,000 families totaling over $6 billion in sales. We have expanded our market to serve all of Metro Atlanta and Athens in Georiga, Charlotte and Raleigh in North Carolina, Nashville in Tennesee, and Orlando and Tampa in Florida. Our plans to expand do not stop there, though. We are grateful for the opportunities to grow to serve more and more families and communities. 

We have experienced immense growth, one of our core values is to consistently grow and improve. The world constantly changes and evolves. To keep up with these conditions, we dedicated time to training, books, and research to exercise our minds, expand our knowledge, and grow in all areas of our lives.
