Tell us about you, Sue! Where were you born, and what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I grew up in Florida and love the beach. My fun times include playing pickleball, practicing yoga, listening to live music, and baking. My baking skills have been or should I say more accurately, my time spent baking has increased 100x over the past 2 years. I love being with my pets, Mike, my cat, and Henry, my dog. We have been spending a lot of time together since I moved to Nashville in 2020, right before COVID-19 hit and the shutdowns started happening.
When and how did you become a part of Mark Spain Real Estate?
I became a part of the team as a TV rep and when an opportunity became available to expand the marketing team, I jumped at the chance.
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I have been connected to buying and selling homes and properties for many years in Florida, Montana, and Tennessee.

The biggest thing I can say is it’s stress-free! That is so important in a workplace environment and what makes Mark Spain Real Estate so special!
What have you learned the most from working at Mark Spain Real Estate?
Working at Mark Spain has ignited the desire to reach my professional and personal goals. This team is charismatic, the energy level is WOW. I am constantly inspired by everyone’s achievements.
What are your passions in life outside of work?
My passion in life is to serve others. For me, that looks like spending quality time with my elderly parents, putting the needs of my family and friends first, and volunteering in my community at a local pet rescue.
Who inspires you in life?
Jesus Christ inspires me. I read a lot of books, however, I always stand firm on the teaching of Jesus.
Tell us about the friendships you’ve made at Mark Spain Real Estate.
I am so blessed to be a part of a dynamic marketing team! Alisha and Ann Marie are incredibly committed to the process. Their leadership and support is the reason I wanted to be a part of this team.
What are you looking forward to this year?
This year I am looking forward to the opportunity to travel again. I have been very fortunate to experience many locations and I still have many on my list. I am so ready to get back out there.
