The Hard Facts- Atlanta Market Update

• The current median sold price of a home is up 5.5% from this time last year, going from $225k to $269k
• Atlanta’s inventory has continued to rise, with the supply of available homes increased by 11.9%
• A home’s average day on the market is slightly down by 5% from last month in May, currently residing at 42 days on the market

We’re living in what experts are calling the “Bargain Belt” – the Southeast is showing some dynamic growth, but the cost of living is still relatively low.  Industries continue to relocate to Atlanta which brings a natural influx of homebuyers, and this trend shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
