Mark Spain Real Estate, based in Alpharetta, Ga., and serving all of metro Atlanta, Athens, Charlotte, Raleigh and Nashville, has been named to the University of Georgia Alumni Association’s 2021 Bulldog 100 list. The fastest-growing businesses owned or operated by UGA alumni make up the list. The 2021 Bulldog 100 companies are measured by compounded annual growth over the three-year period of 2017-2019.
This is the third time Mark Spain Real Estate has been honored on the annual Bulldog 100.
The 2021 Bulldog 100 includes businesses from industries such as technology, real estate, health care, construction, and nonprofits. Of the 100 businesses, 81 are located within the state of Georgia. In total, the Bulldog 100 list includes companies from two countries, nine U.S. states, and the District of Columbia.
Applicants were measured by their business’ compounded annual growth rate during a three-year period. The Atlanta office of Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors, a Bulldog 100 partner since the program began in 2009, verified the information submitted by each company.
Further, The UGA Alumni Association will virtually host the annual Bulldog 100 Celebration in February to celebrate these alumni business leaders and count down the ranked list to ultimately reveal the No. 1 fastest-growing business.
