2020 Company Growth

The firm invests heavily in marketing, technology, education and analytics in order to competitively position itself in its regional markets of Atlanta, Athens, Charlotte, Raleigh and Nashville.
In metro Atlanta, where Mark Spain Real Estate has its headquarters, closed sales volume increased by 20% in 2020. Additionally, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved a 34% growth in total agents, company-wide, from 189 Realtors in 2019 to 253 in 2020. In the metro Atlanta real estate market, the sales team increased by 13%. We are grateful for the Atlanta area market along with our others for the contribution to increasing our company growth.
In metro Charlotte, Mark Spain Real Estate’s closed sales volume increased by 125% in 2020. Additionally, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved a 100% growth in total agents serving Charlotte. Our agents in the Charlotte area are phenomenal and play important roles in increasing our company growth.
In greater Nashville, Mark Spain Real Estate’s closed sales volume increased by 163% in 2020. Additionally, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved a 100% growth in total agents serving middle Tennessee. The Nashville market is constantly growing and aiding in our company growth.
In greater Raleigh, Mark Spain Real Estate’s closed sales volume increased by 88% in 2020. Additionally, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved a 74% growth in total agents serving the Triangle area. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve the Raleigh market and further advance in company growth.
