Atlanta, GA— For the ninth year in a row, Mark Spain Real Estate and the Mark Spain Foundation are honored to grant a Christmas Wish, in partnership with 104.7 The Fish, to support a family in need. This annual tradition reflects the firm’s core values of leading with a servant’s heart and putting people first.

On November 27th, Mark Spain, our Founder and CEO, went live on air to surprise this year’s recipients, Laci and Andrew, with the exciting news. Laci and Andrew have three children—a 9-year-old boy, an 8-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old girl. Recently, their youngest spent a week in the PICU, making this an especially challenging time for their family. We are grateful for the opportunity to support them as they get back on their feet and to bring joy to their children with a much-deserved Christmas celebration.

The family will be granted over $10,000 worth of rent, groceries, gas, contributions toward medical bills, sports and hunting gear, art supplies, and much more from Mark Spain Real Estate and The Mark Spain Foundation. The Company looks forward to presenting these gifts to Laci and Andrew’s family this December.

Since 2006, 104.7 The Fish radio network has fulfilled Christmas wishes for families across the Atlanta community. This year marks the station’s 19th holiday season of giving back to a family in need. For the past nine years, Mark Spain Real Estate has proudly partnered with The Fish, supporting nine families through this meaningful tradition.

Last year, Mark Spain Real Estate had the privilege of assisting Amanda, a mother battling stage 4 breast cancer, who is raising twin boys, one of whom lives with cerebral palsy. To learn more about Amanda’s story, please watch this video.
