It’s an honor to have the No. 1 Mobile Website in real estate. Having a responsive mobile web design was a key judging factor for this category. Other judging criteria includes technical ingredients such as fluid layouts, flexible images as well as individually catered landing pages. 

Also, the MarkSpain.com website earned the No. 3 spot for Top 10 Best Design. Here, judging factors included usability, clear navigation, layout as well as branding. In addition, Mark Spain Real Estate’s website was also honored as a Top 10 Overall Website. Websites were ranked based on design, navigation, user experience, mobile, branding, imagery.
