The Hard Facts – Nashville Market UpdateFebruary 2021 Nashville Market Update

  • The number of active listings was down 70% from one year earlier, and down 47% from the previous month
  • Compared to last year, the average number of days homes spent on the market was down 19% at 41 days
  • The median sales price in January was at $349,000
  • The number of units sold was consistent year over year and decreased 38% month over month
