Our HomeNow program offers a multitude of benefits. There are twenty times more homes for sale than rent! By renting a home through our HomeNow program, we open up the entire market of available homes to you! This provides our clients with a greater opportunity to find a home that fits their needs. 

With this program, our clients can rent a single-family home or townhome priced between $100k-$450k. The home needs to have a minimum of two bedrooms and sit on a lot of three acres or less.

Our HomeNow Program is perfect for those in a season of transition and who need a quality home in the right neighborhood. Some of our clients may need time to save for a down payment or improve their credit score. 

By using Mark Spain Real Estate’s HomeNow program, you can rent the home of your dreams for up to five years and have the right to purchase at any time. All that is required is an application and an upfront deposit equal to two months’ rent! Further, those that choose to buy the home receive the deposit back! This rental program gives our clients the freedom and choice to live on their own terms.
