Mark Spain Real Estate is excited to welcome our new hire Florida agents to the company. Furthermore, we are honored to highlight each of these agents as In Good Company members for April! These members will be joining our relocating agents in launching our Tampa and Orlando offices and dominating the Florida real estate market! We have asked each of them a few questions in order to learn more about them.

Maria Denbow – Exclusive Listing Agent 
Tell us about you! Where were you born, what do you enjoy in your free time?
I come from a military family so I moved around a lot growing up! I was born in South Carolina but lived in West Virginia, Virginia, Mexico, Peru, and Florida was our last spot! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my beautiful Husky and trying out new restaurants.
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I have been involved in Real Estate for quite some time. I interned with a successful realtor in high school and college. He taught me so much and was definitely my inspiration for getting my real estate license during my senior year of college.
Why Mark Spain Real Estate?
I chose Mark Spain Real Estate because of the company culture. Matt Weeks, who works in Georgia, was always communicating with me and encouraging me to join the team. When he told me that they were opening an office in Tampa, I knew it was meant to be! The company culture is what drew me in initially and when I started talking to the team I really got excited about working for Mark Spain Real Estate because of the team aspect and the constant encouragement. i am also proud to be a part of the #1 team in the US!
What are you looking forward to during this Florida launch?
I’m looking forward to making connections and helping clients meet their real estate goals! I love meeting new people and being able to make an impact where I can.
Nate Gozlan – Exclusive Listing Agent
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I obtained my real estate license in February of 2021 in Florida, and started working for Mark Spain Real Estate in March.
What are you looking forward to during this Florida launch?
Nikki Clark – Exclusive Buyer Agent
Tell us about you! Where were you born, what do you enjoy in your free time?
I was born in Palatka, Florida and was raised in an even smaller town called Crescent City, Florida. I enjoy cooking everything from Spanish cuisine, to Italian foods, but most of my cooking is homestyle southern cooking. I love all movies, especially DC and Marvel. I have yet to give a bad movie review! Lastly, I love to dance!
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I’m a brand new Agent. I’ve only been licensed since January 2021 and I started off at a small Brokerage in Apopka called Prestige Realty.
Why Mark Spain Real Estate?
My aunt Cynthia Anderson has been with the company for years, and she raved about Mark Spain Real Estate, so I became eager to join the team. I was hired last month and I’m loving it!
What are you looking forward to during this Florida launch?
I’m looking forward to connecting with the world beyond my community. I love meeting new people, and Florida has people from many different backgrounds to meet!
Patrick Travis – Exclusive Listing Agent
Tell us about you! Where were you born, what do you enjoy in your free time?
I was born in Atlanta. I have lived in both Florida and Georgia for a while. I graduated college with a degree in finance. In my free time I enjoy working out, riding down bayshore, going to the beach, and spending time with my friends.
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I have been in real estate for two years in Atlanta.

What are you looking forward to during this Florida launch?
I am looking forward to getting my name out there and assisting clients in selling their homes in Florida. Mark Spain Real Estate is number 1 in the US and we will be number 1 in Florida!
Buying and Selling with Mark Spain Real Estate in Florida
The new Mark Spain Real Estate Orlando office is located at 300 S Orange Avenue, Suite 1000 and the Tampa office is at 401 E Jackson St Suite 3300. Mark Spain Real Estate has six locations in Georgia—five in metro Atlanta and an office in Athens, two locations in North Carolina—Charlotte and Raleigh, a Tennessee office in Nashville, and new branches opening April 1, 2021, in Orlando and Tampa. Continued expansion is planned to serve other parts of Florida as well as additional states in the coming months.
