Sellers, your client concierge will assist with confirming listing details, coordinating photography and the drop off of the sign and lockbox. They frequently check-in to ensure you always feel in-the-know. Assisting with prepping a home to hit the market is one of their specialties. Additionally, they stay with you throughout the entire process, continuing to assist once your home has gone under contract. Have questions or need a listing update? Feel free to call on them!
You’re under contract!
Buyers, your client concierge will assist with coordinating all parties from contract to close. They will ensure attorneys and lenders have all necessary documentation and information. If needed, they communicate with you and your agent on any missing items. Similarly with helping sellers schedule photography appointments, the client concierge can assist with scheduling inspection times. Working in tandem with your agent to give you a seamless transaction is something they take very seriously.
