Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) position involves following up with e-lead and phone inquiries from potential clients who show interest in selling their home, buying a home, or both.The ideal candidate will be consistent, patient, methodical, poised, persistent, and have an aggressive yet tactful personality. The ISA is the first point of contact for our team. They will make live appointments from customers calling or emailing into our office. Lead coordination will require not only an administrative mind, but also a sales orientation and have training or extensive prior experience in sales, preferably including communication through email, text, and over the phone. A strong ISA will take stewardship of our leads and actively work to maximize their effectiveness at converting them into an appointment in a high-performance environment. They must be disciplined about their time and task focused to successfully complete their work. We expect our team members to grow and learn month-over-month. Hours worked may vary between 40 to 50 hours per week in order to meet goals. The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday 10am-7pm.

Digital Ad Specialist

The Digital Ad Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Mark Spain Real Estate. You will own all aspects of executing search engine marketing, digital display and retargeting campaigns, and paid social media campaigns. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google advertising platforms and Facebook Business Manager.  Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads. This position includes 25% strategy, budget allocation, communication and 75% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and concise reporting on campaigns. This role will also be expected to willingly take on additional responsibilities and assist with projects outside of paid digital advertising as needed.  We are looking for an individual contributor who can work seamlessly with company members and vendors.

Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at Mark Spain Real Estate. This role is based in our Alpharetta, GA Headquarters with FULL-TIME in office requirements. The right candidate will own all administrative duties of the marketing team with excellence, precision, and timeliness. Looking for a self motivated, direct and results oriented person. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

Maintain all reporting needs of the marketing team: Maintain the media plan by market spreadsheet Review all invoices, audit & log for mass media and digital marketing Compile cost per leads, prepare monthly roll-up & monthly executive summary and pull data into Media Plan by Market sheet Maintain projections spreadsheet updated with lead production, spend & projections Save & organize reports and insights received from digital partners Organize all marketing assets in Mark Spain Real Estate Google Drive Ensure radio ads, TV ads, blog content, photography, etc is saved & organized Track campaigns & ad copy on air and keep up-to-date with a complete production schedule

Associate Director of Sales

The ideal candidate will be someone who displays passion for growing a business, holds themselves accountable to transaction goals, looks continually to improve and create efficiencies, focuses on an exceptional client experience, maintains a high commitment to personal and professional growth, and leads with a servant’s heart. 

The Associate Director of Sales position involves many of the tasks and activities required to accomplish the closing goals of the affiliated market center. They will assist the Director of Sales with developing systems to make the office run smoothly, building a talent bench of future leaders, reducing turnover by increasing per agent productivity, and meeting mutually agreed upon KPI metrics established with the MSRE Senior Leadership Team.

The Associate Director of Sales will require a willingness to do whatever it takes, including but not limited to relocating, to meet closing targets while delivering an excellent client experience.  A strong Associate Director of Sales will take ownership of the fostering and development of a successful sales team as the entire organization relies on the team to close homes.  The Associate Director of Sales must be disciplined about their time and task focused to successfully complete their work.  

Regular Work Activities:

Prepare for and Conduct Huddle Meetings Assist DOS with Pre-Appointment preparation and Post-Appointment Follow Up Shadow Agents on Appointments to provide feedback and lift results Process closing deposits  Monitor SalesForce compliance and conduct with CRM Training Manage Agent calendar availability Host Office Hours for Agent Questions Promote personal development activities for the Agents Oversee office administrative responsibilities (ordering supplies, etc.) Review transaction paperwork for the first 5 closings of each new hire

Key Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Customer Relations Management software (SalesForce), Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and Google Applications Able to meet and exceed goals/results oriented Good organizational abilities Calm under pressure/think quick on feet

Compensation:

Base Salary, performance bonuses, health insurance, and 401k

Job Requirements:

State Real Estate License High School Graduate and Bachelor’s degree preferred One to three years of sales, customer service and/or sales management experience
