Our newly created position will be responsible for preparing and analyzing journal entries, will be responsible for closing out real estate transactions, reconciling incoming wires and deposits, and reviewing records for accuracy. Our Staff Account will handle general ledger reconciliations, analyzing corporate operations to ensure business is running efficiently, recommend and implement process improvements for reporting and closing procedures, preparing budgets and financial forecasts, calculating month-end accruals, and assist with AP/AR processing and ensure revenue and invoices are recorded in a timely manner.  Will need to have strong mathematical and analytical skills, be organized and detail oriented, and have strong Initiation and the ability to work independently. You will become an expert on real estate markets and valuing properties. Responsibilities: ● Complete CMA for all properties ● Research property and input data into our system ● Analyze data and trends to proactively identify and acquire the most profitable properties ● Understanding of applicable state requirements and regulations as they relate to underwriting ● Maintain and perform ongoing reporting related to team performance ● Conduct preliminary review of third-party inspection reports performed on secured homes and make recommendations to support acquisitions team ● Monitor and administer acquisitions platform

Qualifications: ● GA, NC, SC, or TN real estate license ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and/or training ● Tech-savvy self-starter with the ability to see projects through from start to finish ● Salesforce and MLS experience encouraged but not required ● Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills ● Thrives in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and is collaborative ● Full-time employee ● Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects, handle frequent changes and professionally follow through on issues in a timely manner ● Proven track record of data research and problem solving

Associate Director of Sales

The ideal candidate will be someone who displays passion for growing a business, holds themselves accountable to transaction goals, looks continually to improve status quo's and create efficiencies, focuses on an exceptional client experience, maintains a high commitment to personal and professional growth, and leads with a servant’s heart. 

The Associate Director of Sales position involves many of the tasks and activities required to accomplish the closing goals of the affiliated market center. They will assist the Director of Sales with developing systems to make the office run smoothly, building a talent bench of future leaders, reducing turnover by increasing per agent productivity, and meeting mutually agreed upon KPI metrics established with the MSRE Senior Leadership Team. 

The Associate Director of Sales will require a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet closing targets while delivering an excellent client experience. A strong Associate Director of Sales will take ownership of the fostering and development of a successful sales team as the entire organization relies on the team to close homes. The Associate Director of Sales must be disciplined about their time and task focused to successfully complete their work. 

Regular Work Activities:

Prepare for and Conduct Huddle Meetings  Assist DOS with Pre-Appointment preparation and Post-Appointment Follow Up  Shadow Agents on Appointments to provide feedback and lift results  Process closing deposits  Monitor SalesForce compliance and conduct with CRM Training  Manage Agent calendar availability  Host Office Hours for Agent Questions  Promote personal development activities for the Agents  Oversee office administrative responsibilities (ordering supplies, etc.)  Review transaction paperwork for the first 5 closings of each new hire 

Key Skills: 

Able to lead a sales team to achieve sales goals Strong written and verbal communication skills  Proficient with Customer Relations Management software (SalesForce), Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and Google Applications  Able to meet and exceed goals/results oriented  Good organizational abilities  Calm under pressure/think quick on feet 

Compensation: 

Base Salary, performance bonuses, health insurance, and 401k 

Job Requirements: 

 Bachelor’s degree preferred  One to three years of sales, customer service and/or sales management experience  TN Real Estate Broker License 

Department Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday  8:30 AM  – 5:30 PM 

Hours worked may vary between 40 and 60 hours per week to meet goals.  Available by phone Nights and Weekends, as needed
