Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking an inside sales associate to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be consistent, patient, methodical, poised, persistent, and have an aggressive yet tactful personality. This position involves following up with e-lead and phone inquiries from potential clients who show interest in selling their home, buying a home, or both. Lead coordination will require not only an administrative mind, but also a sales orientation and have training or extensive prior experience in sales, preferably including communication through email, text, and over the phone. A strong ISA will take stewardship of our leads and actively work to maximize their effectiveness at converting them into an appointment in a high-performance environment. This position will include a Saturday 8:30-5:30 shift. Hours worked may vary between 40 to 50 hours per week in order to meet goals.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a top-notch Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Mark Spain Real Estate Talent Acquisition team in our Alpharetta office. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting telephone interviews, handling our process for the selection of top candidates, and participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Additionally, you will need to develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Receptionist

Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated, personable and detail oriented individual with strong communication skills to fill the role of our Receptionist. Responsibilities will include: answering incoming calls; greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner; ensuring the upkeep of office space; as well as managing office inventory. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills, as well as a desire to create a fun and supportive culture.

Client Concierge

We are seeking an individual dedicated to the client experience to join us as a Client Concierge! The Client Concierge is responsible for delivering an excellent client experience to all MSRE clients and works in conjunction with agent team members to exceed the goals of the client. Responsibilities include: managing the transaction process; data entry accuracy; managing client records via a CRM system; ordering and scheduling photography; and delivering extraordinary customer service. This individual is highly motivated, has exceptional organizational skills, embodies an attitude of service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced transaction coordinator dedicated to providing a smooth closing experience for the clients of Mark Spain Real Estate. The ideal candidate has title and settlement coordination experience in a high-volume environment. This individual diligently provides communication and closing materials to all closing partners, is able to track multiple timelines on several files simultaneously and work closely with our Client Concierge team to communicate transaction details to clients. The Transaction Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solution-oriented. They can juggle multiple file priorities, multiple client requirements, and are very time conscious. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients, staff and vendors.

2020 Summer Internship

The goal of the MSRE Internship Program is to expose college students to a great variety of different experiences throughout our various teams. Each intern will have the opportunity to assist each department with several different projects over their 10 week internship program. Our hope would be that our interns will leave the MSRE internship with a better understanding of the type of career and work environment they want to pursue in the future as well as a long list of new skill sets and connections.

You must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida and hold 2-5 years of experience in a manager level position.
