Lead Salesforce Developer

The Lead Salesforce Developer is accountable for designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and scale operations. This involves maintaining, enhancing, and creating workflows, valuations rules, functions and configuration within the Salesforce.com environment. The Developer will assist in the training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill-set across the entire organization. It is the Developer’s responsibility to work with all departments to enhance user experience, as well as leading projects such as implementations and integrations. The Developer will coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.

Marketing Intern

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Mark Spain Real Estate. The right candidate will support the Marketing Team by means of content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing strategy and mass media. The following outline illustrates the responsibilities of the Mark Spain Marketing Intern for 2020 and 2021. Looking for a self motivated, direct and results oriented person. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

Assist with reputation management and review response. Serve agents with marketing needs including but not limited to flyers, brochures, and social media. Manage and maintain all creative assets and marketing files. Audit agent use of social media to maintain Mark Spain Real Estate’s branding Contribute to content marketing strategy including writing blogs optimized for SEO. Assist with data entry and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Audit email marketing content for regular updates and optimizations Maintain the company’s intranet as requested and audit quarterly. Contribute to maintaining the company’s website including updating videos and images as required. Respond to all employee and agent requests including ordering logo inventory and marketing materials as required. Complete research as requested by the marketing team or company leadership. Design social media and blog graphics as needed.

Mark Spain Real Estate has a fantastic opportunity for licensed Real Estate Agents that enjoy the contract to close work. Our listing agent will help sell and close homes that we have listed. 

The agent will be primarily following up for showing feedback, communicating recommendations on pricing and feedback, and negotiating contracts to closing. The Institutional Listing Real Estate Agent will be responsible for the processing of new listings, data entry into market specific MLSs, and contract compliance.This person must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter who relishes the opportunity to manage high volume transactions with a growing real estate firm.  

The Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Oversee the timeliness of paperwork process & data entry  Manage accuracy on MLS data entry
