Transaction Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced transaction coordinator dedicated to providing a smooth closing experience for the clients of Mark Spain Real Estate. The ideal candidate has title and settlement coordination experience in a high-volume environment. This individual diligently provides communication & closing materials to all closing partners, is able to track multiple timelines on several files simultaneously, and works closely with our Client Concierge team to communicate transaction details to clients. The Transaction Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solutions oriented. He/She can juggle multiple file priorities, multiple client requirements, and are very time conscious. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients, staff, vendors.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the title and settlement business (experience in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Texas preferable) Must have GA or Texas Real Estate Licenses.  Familiar with title requirements and standard closing concepts, practices, and procedures of the real estate settlement industry. Ability and willingness to communicate clearly and follow-up diligently on required items Ability to communicate with attorneys and other parties in a positive, friendly, and helpful way Very quality conscious, takes extreme pride in work done well Ability to professionally manage and resolve closing issues quickly Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on multiple files with a sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality Exemplary organizational skills & attention to detail Ability to manage high volume transactions in a paperless environment Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM program preferred Active real estate license preferred

The Salesforce Developer is accountable for designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and scale operations. This involves maintaining, enhancing, and creating workflows, valuations rules, functions and configuration within the Salesforce.com environment. The Developer will assist in the training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill-set across the entire organization. It is the Developer’s responsibility to work with all departments to enhance user experience, as well as leading projects such as implementations and integrations. The Developer will coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.

The goal of the MSRE Internship Program is to gain exposure to a variety of different experiences. You will have the opportunity to assist the Training and Development Department with several projects. Our hope would be that our interns would leave the MSRE internship with a better understanding of the type of career and work environment they want to pursue in the future as well as a long list of new skill sets and connections. Interns are expected to be fully committed to 40 hours each week. 

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Director of Sales that is accountable for fostering the growth and development of a successful sales team focusing attention and effort across two key areas: people and  strategy.  

People  

Managing people involves forming and leading an effective sales team as well as creating a team culture that values positive relationships, high productivity and flexibility to meet the needs of our clients, all while achieving the financial goals of the business.

The Director of Sales (DOS) continuously monitors and evaluates the team’s need for talent to ensure the right people are staffed to achieve company goals while serving as a leader in providing coaching and feedback frequently to drive the performance of the individuals on the team.

Strategy 

A successful DOS is a strategic business leader looking at the bigger picture and constantly engaged in decision making and problem solving. Decisions made by the Director of Sales have both immediate and long term effects on the company. 

In this role, you will: 

Meet mutually agreed upon transaction goals established with the MSRE leadership team  Build relationships with the Board of Realtors and agents in the community  Maintain strong relationships with the MSRE leadership team and sales team  Train, coach and hold direct reports accountable  Build a local database through home team lead generation activities including mass‑market media, farming, prospecting and local marketing initiatives  Develop systems to make the office run efficiently  Develop a talent bench of future leaders  Minimize turnover through effective coaching and weekly accountability sessions  Conduct weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to keep the team focused and on task 

We’re looking for a team member who has:

Ability to obtain a Real Estate License(s)  Bachelors' degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of sales experience 4+ years of experience leading/managing people, building, and leading a team and resource planning to support the hiring plan of the company  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Assistant Team Lead  position involves many of the tasks and activities required to accomplish the closing goals of the affiliated market center. People

The Assistant Team Lead  position involves many of the tasks and activities required to accomplish the closing goals of the affiliated market center. They will assist the Director of Sales with developing systems to make the office run smoothly, building a talent bench of future leaders, reducing turnover by increasing per agent productivity, and meeting mutually agreed upon KPI metrics established with the MSRE Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking for a Director of Sales that is accountable for fostering the growth and development of a successful sales team focusing attention and effort across two key areas: people and strategy.  

People  

Managing people involves forming and leading an effective sales team as well as creating a team culture that values positive relationships, high productivity and flexibility to meet the needs of our clients, all while achieving the financial goals of the business.

The Director of Sales (DOS) continuously monitors and evaluates the team’s need for talent to ensure the right people are staffed to achieve company goals while serving as a leader in providing coaching and feedback frequently to drive the performance of the individuals on the team.

Strategy 

A successful DOS is a strategic business leader looking at the bigger picture and constantly engaged in decision making and problem solving. Decisions made by the Director of Sales have both immediate and long term effects on the company. 

In this role, you will: 

Meet mutually agreed upon transaction goals established with the MSRE leadership team  Build relationships with the Board of Realtors and agents in the community  Maintain strong relationships with the MSRE leadership team and sales team  Train, coach and hold direct reports accountable  Build a local database through home team lead generation activities including mass‑market media, farming, prospecting and local marketing initiatives   Develop systems to make the office run efficiently  Develop a talent bench of future leaders  Minimize turnover through effective coaching and weekly accountability sessions  Conduct weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to keep the team focused and on task 

We’re looking for a team member who has:

Ability to obtain a Real Estate License(s)  Bachelors' degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of sales experience 4+ years of experience leading/managing people, building, and leading a team and resource planning to support the hiring plan of the company  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
