Institutional Sales Administration Supervisor

We are seeking an Institutional Sales Administration Supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing the processing of new listings, data entry into market specific services. The idea candidate will oversee compliance and establish the best practices to support our administrative duties for our brokerages. This person must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter who relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and managemultiple systems within a growing real estate firm.

Job Requirements:

- Basic understanding of a real estate transaction timeline- Hold an active real estate license in at least one of the following states GA, FL, TN, NC, SC, AL.- Experience working in a Multiple Listing service- Experience with Salesforce (not required but a plus)- Experience in administrative support for a real estate firm (not required but a plus)

Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer is accountable for designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and scale operations. This involves maintaining, enhancing, and creating workflows, valuations rules, functions and configuration within the Salesforce.com environment. The Developer will assist in the training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill-set across the entire organization. It is the Developer’s responsibility to work with all departments to enhance user experience, as well as leading projects such as implementations and integrations. The Developer will coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.

Director of Sales, Buyer Team: Mark Spain Real Estate is looking to add a team member that is responsible for the overall management and growth of the Buyer team business.  The Director of Sales ensures the operations of this team are producing results through an effective and consumer-focused sales process. This position will lead a group of real estate agents that specialize in servicing buyers and is responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring the team. 

What you’ll do:

Work with the Client Acquisition team to establish follow up best practices and overall strategy of the customer journey to client. Solve for same-day phone consults to improve lead to close conversion rates. Acquire a deep knowledge of our Real Scout product, CoRE Records, and Neighborhood Farming tool to create best practices for leveraging these tools to convert more customers into clients Review buyer lead generation opportunities with the marketing team periodically Develop and Buyer Protection Program to add more value to the client experience Enhance print promotional materials to elevate the client experience and influence revenue growth Develop a sales process/journey for MSRE client buyer leads (specifically sign leads) Give consumers the ability to meet with our team virtually to service their buying needs Hold agents accountable to results as outlined in Buyer Team Going Pro expectations Intentionally grow our buyer business annually through effective one on one coaching, team training, appointment preparation, script practice, online reviews, networking and sphere of influence outreach, etc. Work with the Training team to develop online training content and to enhance our instructor led training program Work with the Sales Leadership team to drive more team to team referrals (seller clients who also intend to buy) Work with the Marketing team to enhance presentation materials and improve our value proposition for our clients Strengthen agent and vendor partner relationships to ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience.
