Agents/Consultants

We are seeking professional, self-motivated, consultative team members in our residential real estate sales department. Candidates should be accustomed to performing at a high level, effective in a sales environment, outgoing and customer service focused.

Inside Sales Associate

The ideal candidate will be consistent, patient, methodical, poised, persistent, and have an aggressive yet tactful personality. The Inside Sales Associate position involves following up with previous inquiries from potential customers who did not move forward with our services in the past. They also will make live appointments from customers calling or emailing into our office.

Director of Administration

The Director of Administration will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Client Concierges, Transaction Coordinators, Photographers, and Field Representatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter, and exceptionally organized individual with 5+ years of management experience.

Director of Sales

The DOS is accountable for fostering the growth and development of a successful sales team focusing attention and effort across three key areas: people, strategy and recruiting. To meet these responsibilities, the director must hold oneself accountable for transaction goals, understand financial data and display ownership for profits and losses, focus on an exceptional client experience, maintain a high commitment to personal and professional growth, and lead with a servant’s heart.

Accountant

The ideal candidate for this full-time accounting position will have knowledge of basic bookkeeping and G/L accounting practices, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make decisions quickly and without direction, a proclivity for detail, an enjoyment of completing a large volume of tasks, and an affinity for fast-paced environments. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: processing daily accounts receivable receipts, managing expense allocations, assisting with payroll, preparing and processing accounts payable, assisting with bank reconciliations, as well as verifying, posting, and reconciling transactions.

Candidates must have experience with accounting software, knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs (preferably Lone Wolf Technologies/ brokerWolf back office) , a demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply finance and accounting principles, and a strength in mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
