A small intown neighborhood found in Atlanta, Edgewood is known as, “the coolest place to live inside the perimeter.” This neighborhood is found to the south of Little Five Points and provides a desirable location just three miles from Downtown Atlanta. This area of Edgewood is very new and provides a $110 million retail district covering about 44 acres. It’s found off Moreland Avenue and provides 540,000 square feet of retail space. Some of the shops found here include:
