Edgewood

Edgewood Real Estate & Homes

A small intown neighborhood found in Atlanta, Edgewood is known as, “the coolest place to live inside the perimeter.” This neighborhood is found to the south of Little Five Points and provides a desirable location just three miles from Downtown Atlanta. The convenient location and the retail district make this a top choice for an intown neighborhood.

Edgewood Retail District

This area of Edgewood is very new and provides a $110 million retail district covering about 44 acres. It’s found off Moreland Avenue and provides 540,000 square feet of retail space. Some of the shops found here include:

There are also plenty of restaurants found within the Edgewood Retail District. This development also includes residential lofts, such as the Shoe Factory Lofts and the Caroline Street Lofts. The development has made the Edgewood neighborhood much more desirable and a self-sufficient place to live.

Real Estate

Other than the lofts found with the new development in Edgewood, many bungalows and Victorian homes are found throughout. There are also a variety of new construction homes.
