Along with the 259 properties, this subdivision includes a clubhouse and Spring Lake. Spring Lake is an 11-acre man-made lake, which adjoins Lanier. The subdivision is near Gainesville, Buford and Flowery Branch.

Four Seasons on Lanier is also close to the North Van Pugh Park and the Burton Mill Park. It’s also closest to the Port Royale Marina. The subdivision is served by Flowery Branch Elementary, West Hall Middle and West Hall High Schools.
