The neighborhood of Garden Hills is found between Piedmont and Peachtree Roads in Atlanta, Georgia. This area was established as a historic district in 1987. Development dates back to 1925 and the area has been known as “Beautiful Garden Hills” ever since. The neighborhood plans includes three phases, which consists of the area from Rumson Road to North Hills Drive, the Peachtree Section and the Country Club Section.
