The neighborhood of Garden Hills is found between Piedmont and Peachtree Roads in Atlanta, Georgia. This area was established as a historic district in 1987. Development dates back to 1925 and the area has been known as “Beautiful Garden Hills” ever since. The neighborhood plans includes three phases, which consists of the area from Rumson Road to North Hills Drive, the Peachtree Section and the Country Club Section.
Homes within the Garden Hills area include Spanish Revival, Craftsman, Tudor, Georgian and some modern homes. They start around $500K and go up in price to about $2 million. Some of the homes are smaller and the lots are smaller compared to nearby neighborhoods.
The Garden Hills neighborhood provides a few great amenities, such as a swimming pool, parks, a community center and more. Residents can enjoy the tennis courts, baseball diamonds, playgrounds and other outdoor activities throughout the area.
