Found to the west of Tuxedo Park, Kingswood is a Buckhead neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia. This neighborhood is close to Governor’s Mansion, which is a very upscale neighborhood. Kingswood is known as a posh area and it’s found between Nancy Creek and West Paces Ferry Road. The neighborhood is conveniently located near I-75, Sandy Springs, Vinings and the commercial district of Buckhead.

Real Estate

If you plan to live in Kingswood, be ready to shell out seven figures for a home. Most of the homes here are within the $1 million to $5 million price range. The homes were mainly built in the middle of the 20th century, but there is some new construction. Styles range from traditional to European and many homes are found on large lots up to about two acres.

Living in Kingswood provides residents with one of the most coveted addresses in the city. It’s fond a few miles from Downtown Atlanta and provides one of the most desirable suburbs. It’s also very convenient to the North Georgian Mountains and Lake Allatoona.
