The Lanier Country Club Estates subdivision is found in the southern area of Lake Lanier. Fairway Lane leads into the subdivision and it’s not far from GA 400. The subdivision also provides a location less than an hour from the Metro Atlanta area.

Lanier Country Club Estates is found in Forsyth County. The subdivision is served by Mashburn Elementary, Otwell Middle and Forsyth Central High Schools. History Of Lanier Country Club Homes

The Lanier Golf Club was created in 1970 and has served the area ever since. It’s an 18-hole championship course with plenty to offer. The semi-private course offers a separate practice area and it’s open to the public.
