Since Lighthouse Harbour is a Lake Lanier community, many of the amenities of the area are found on the water. There is nearly 700 miles of shoreline here and the lake is one of the most active in the entire country. It’s found in the foothills of the Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains, so residents enjoy the unique lake and mountain views, as well.

The average home value within Lighthouse Harbour is just over $520K and most of the homes sell rather fast when they hit the market. Properties can go up over $1 million.

Lighthouse Harbour Attractions

Many of the properties in Lighthouse Harbour come with dock permits or private docks. There is a marina with dock slips within the area, as well. Homes found throughout the subdivision include custom features and upgrades. Some homes within Lighthouse Harbour even include finished terrace levels. Most of the homes provide a large amount of privacy due to the larger lots and location.

Lighthouse Harbour is served by Chattahoochee Elementary, North Forsyth Middle and North Forsyth High Schools. It’s also found near Charleston Park, Shady Grove Park and Six Mile Creek Park. The closest marina to the subdivision is the Holiday Marina.

There is a Home Owners Association for the subdivision and the fees are $1,000 per year. These fees help to keep the community looking great and provide access to the lake, swimming pool and playground.

This is a South Lake location, which makes commuting easier and provides plenty of convenience. The community is rather small compared to some of the other subdivisions, however.
