Marina Bay Subdivision
Marina Bay is an isolated subdivision offering plenty of luxury. This is a gated community found in Gainesville, Georgia. It’s known as a Lake Lanier community and about 20% of the homes are found right on the lake. In addition, some provide an excellent view of Lake Lanier, as well.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is very large and provides a resort feel to the subdivision. It covers 14,000 square feet and provides beautiful lake views.
