Mark Spain Real Estate has seen incredible growth and success in 2020. We are so excited to announce the opening of our brand new Alpharetta office! This new location is an addition to our headquarters office which is also located in Alpharetta, GA.

Due to expansion of both staff and agents, we opened an additional office for our team. This Mark Spain Real Estate office, which serves greater Atlanta and North Georgia, is located at 217 Roswell Street, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Ga. 30009. Our agents will be serving our clients out of the new office space starting this week. The new location is less than two miles from Georgia 400 and is located near Wills Park and historic downtown Alpharetta.
Our Alpharetta Director of Sales, Sara Archambeau, is thrilled to have the increased space to continue to build a fun and collaborative culture to serve clients at the highest level. It will also support the company’s hiring goals and allow her to double her efforts to add team members. Mark Spain Real Estate hires both seasoned and newly licensed real estate agents. We provide our agents’ leads and book their appointments to grow their business!
With the opening of this location, Mark Spain Real Estate now has five metro Atlanta offices with a location in Athens, Ga, as well as offices in Raleigh, Charlotte and Nashville.
Mark Spain Real Estate increased its sales team by 34 percent in 2019. We are continuing a brisk expansion pace this year, despite national unemployment growth in the second quarter of 2020.
In June, Mark Spain Real Estate expanded its Stockbridge location, which serves southern metro Atlanta. Our firm’s growth is not limited to the Atlanta real estate market. This spring, Mark Spain Real Estate tripled the size of its Charlotte location and quadrupled its Raleigh office size. Additionally, Mark Spain Real Estate’s 2019 gross sales exceeded $1 billion for the first time and the company averaged 81 closings per week.
