The Hard Facts – Athens Market Update

• The number of active listings was down 44% from one year earlier, and up 8% from the previous month
• Compared to last year, the average number of days homes spent on the market was down 37% at 42 days
• The median sales price in January was at $257,000
• The number of units sold increased 2% year over year, and decreased 30% month over month
