Happy Thanksgiving from Mark Spain Real Estate! We are excited to celebrate Thanksgiving safely with our loved ones and to highlight what our team is thankful for. This year, we have upheld our core values and were able to become stronger as a team. To our team, partners, and clients, we are thankful for each and every one of you!

Happy Thanksgiving to Our First Responders!

One of our core values at Mark Spain Real Estate is to lead with a servant’s heart. We were able to uphold this value when the Mark Spain Foundation provided child care for our first responders in April. When Mark Spain Real Estate learned of the YMCA’s efforts to provide childcare for healthcare workers and emergency responders on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis, we knew we could help and were grateful for the opportunity to serve. Spain redirected the efforts of the Mark Spain Foundation to ensure the company continued to serve the community. Firstresponderchildcare.org was created to help provide more than 1,000 children of first responders and healthcare workers access to daily childcare.

We are on pace for another record year

Mark Spain Real Estate is on pace for another record year, despite the challenges of 2020. Communication has never been stronger among our team members. 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, but we are thankful to be able to grow and improve as a team. This year, we remained client focused and continued to pursue through the challenges.

Our second Alpharetta office opening

We are thankful for the opportunity to grow and improve. In August, we opened a second Alpharetta office for our agents. Mark Spain Real Estate increased its sales team by 34 percent in 2019. The new office is located at 217 Roswell Street, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Ga. 30009. The new location is less than two miles from Georgia 400 and is located near Wills Park and historic downtown Alpharetta. Thank you to our Vice President of Marketing, Alisha Burdette for working so hard to create our awesome new office space and all other office renovations this year.
