Having an attitude of excellence means to allow myself to dream and to hold myself accountable to achieve my goals and make my dreams come true.

How do you live by this value in serving our clients each day?

I serve our clients with passion. I listen, try to understand, have empathy, and always strive to be the professional they need and deserve. We create a partnership and each victory contributes to achieving a team goal.

Lindsey Haste

Lindsey started at Mark Spain Real Estate in 2017 and serves as our Administration Manager.

What does “having an attitude of excellence” mean to you?

An attitude of excellence means striving to not just to be the best but to give the best. It’s about being intentional with your actions so our clients feel they are receiving top notch service.

How do you live by this value in serving our clients each day?

People often make decisions based on what’s the easiest or most convenient option but leading with an attitude of excellence means taking the extra 1, 2, or 3 additional steps it takes to give our clients excellent service. 

James Sasson

James serves on our leadership team as the Director of Training. He started with Mark Spain Real Estate in 2015 as a listing consultant.
