History of Mark Spain Real Estate

Mark Spain Real Estate was founded in 2016 by Mark Spain, founder and chairman of the brokerage. After graduating from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, Mark tapped into his passion and experience in the residential real estate industry to then go on and build a company based on providing excellence and a desire to deliver an unparalleled client experience. The experience he gained from watching his father navigate his way in the business helped Mark develop an edge for customer service and satisfaction. In 2016, the first year of Mark Spain Real Estate, numbers exceeded expectations with 1,842 sold homes. After immense success, Mark Spain Real Estate opened 9 new offices, expanding from headquarters in Alpharetta and Athens. Growth continued in 2019, helping 4,200 families close their homes. More recently, in 2021, our team has sold over 3.3 billion in the residential real estate industry and served over 10,300 clients! Growth and expansion will not cease as we continue on through 2022!

Everything we have done since opening our doors has allowed us to remain the No. 1 team in the residential industry for the fourth consecutive year.
