Dennis Alongi is an exclusive listing agent from our Alpharetta, Georgia office. He has been with Mark Spain Real Estate since 2019, and he was recognized as our top agent for listing the most homes in the month of June. We are so excited to spotlight him as one of our August In Good Company members!
I joined Mark Spain Real Estate in April 2019. I actually heard a radio ad that the company was hiring listing agents. I did some research and made the call and was fortunate enough to be hired onto the team. Previously, I had experience as an individual agent and also had my own real estate team for several years.
I’ve been in the business for over 20 years now and have spent my entire career in Georgia. I’ve worked for several companies along the way, but have found Mark Spain Real Estate to be a great fit!
You can’t improve your tennis game by practicing with those below your skill level. I wanted to associate myself with the best of the best! I love the team concept! It’s rare in this business to find the level of training, support, and camaraderie that comes with being a part of this organization. In addition, I am able to specialize as a listing agent which promotes extraordinary results to provide a top-notch client experience!
I was also very impressed with the level of integrity and professionalism present throughout the entire company. The community involvement is second to none as the company works tirelessly to give back to the community it serves.
The support, knowledge, and experience they offer are incredible! I learn something new every single day! However, the best part is how well we all get along. My co-workers are encouraging and supportive as we compete as a team rather than against each other.
Team building skills! I have also learned techniques that allow me to continuously raise the bar with goals and expectations by developing and putting in place powerful and effective systems.
It’s a constantly changing business and can be a challenge to adapt. Yet, the strong emphasis on goals, the laser-like focus on the company’s vision, and the remarkable training offered have been outstanding.
Family time and the beach. Heading down to the coast with family and friends is my absolute favorite thing to do. There is a peace, energy, and a sense of rejuvenation that comes from letting go of the responsibilities and activities that come with day to day life. I also enjoy music, sports, and blogging.
I hold a black belt in three different martial arts. I can juggle, and I also play the guitar and the piano.
Overachievers and people who think outside the box and think about life’s opportunities rather than life’s roadblocks. They give me energy and inspiration! My family is also a huge inspiration in my life. They are the reason I get up every morning and do the job I do. My family has always been an incredible support system and stand by me despite the sometimes crazy schedule that can come in the real estate business.
The friendships I’ve made at Mark Spain Real Estate have been nothing short of incredible. I truly believe I have already made several lifelong friends during my journey with Mark Spain Real Estate! This company has a way of attracting not only incredibly talented individuals, but also extremely loyal and friendly ones as well. It’s the team attitude that sets the atmosphere for strong and long-lasting relationships!
Rising to the next level of performance and achievement in my real estate career. My goal is to not only grow my real estate business into a predictable and profitable business but challenging and raising the performance level of everyone around me.
