Tell us about you! Where were you born, and what do you enjoy in your free time?

I was born in Duluth, Minnesota.  I’ve lived all over the midwest, as well as twice in Florida (now, and when I was 5-6 years old)   In my free time, I love to build things, play with my MANY animals, spend time with my family (I coach my boys in sports) – go to the beach, go running or do other distance events, and work out.

When and how did you become a part of Mark Spain Real Estate? 

Officially joined the team on January 6th!

How long have you been involved in real estate and where? 

Since joining Mark Spain Real Estate.

Why Mark Spain Real Estate?  

With about 20 years in sales leadership, I understand the importance of culture.  I set out to find a culture with values that matched my own.  Mark Spain Real Estate does that. 

What have you learned the most from working at Mark Spain Real Estate? 

I LOVE the fundamental “Show up” – and I have not thought so much about two words in a long time.  The layers included in what it takes to “show up” are humbling, and it’s a concept we should all deep dive into.

What are your passions in life outside of work? 

Family, leadership, current events (news).

Who inspires you in life? 

I’m inspired by SO MANY people, from Dr. Seuss to Simon Sinek.  But, I also like to be inspired by the people around me, which is something that makes Mark Spain Real Estate, and RE in general, so amazing.  We have so many people surrounding us with so much experience and such varied viewpoints – inspiration is everywhere!

Tell us about the friendships you’ve made at Mark Spain Real Estate. 

Tom is one of the genuinely likable, thought-provoking, and supportive people in this world.  He is a gift.

What are you looking forward to this year? 

Breaking records as a new office in MSRE!
