Mark Spain, the CEO and founder of residential real estate brokerage Mark Spain Real Estate, made his first appearance on an exclusive industry list known as the Real Estate Newsmakers.

 Mark Spain was honored on the Trailblazers/Agents of Change list. According to RISMedia, this year’s honorees are a dynamic set of professionals who, despite the onslaught of challenges faced due to the coronavirus health crisis, have made news for their positive contributions to the consumers and communities they serve. Mark Spain is honored to be a 2021 Real Estate Newsmaker.

Mark Spain Real Estate’s partnerships resulted in nearly a half-million dollars raised for approximately 10 causes in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte and Raleigh, the cities it serves. 

 Spain’s team-structured brokerage included 255 agents at the end of 2020.
