Mark Spain Real Estate Grants a 104.7 Fish Christmas Wish for the Eighth Consecutive Year

Over the past eight years, Mark Spain Real Estate has had the opportunity to grant a Fish Christmas Wish in Atlanta. This year, we were honored to grant a very special wish to Amanda and her family. Mark Spain Real Estate is grateful to give back to the communities we serve and we look forward to granting more Fish Christmas Wishes in the future!

Atlanta, GA – Mark Spain Real Estate made an impact this holiday season for an Atlanta-based family for the eighth consecutive Fish Christmas Wish, contributing $10,000 worth of necessities and holiday cheer. The brokerage, in partnership with its Mark Spain Foundation, granted this Fish Wish to a single mother, Amanda, who is battling Breast Cancer and working tirelessly to support her two boys, one of whom has Cerebral Palsy.

In late November, with the help of Kim Fitz, 104.7 The Fish radio host, Mark Spain spoke to Amanda on the air to announce the granting of this family’s Fish Christmas Wish. This was a special moment for all, as Amanda took the call from the hospital where she was undergoing care. To hear about this special moment, please listen here. 

With a big family himself, Mark Spain looks forward to making an impact on a family in need each year. The surprise occurred on December 11, 2023, when Mark unloaded the gifts for Amanda and her family at their home of residence. 

In early December, the Company spent time searching for the perfect gifts for the family to make this day magical. The children, who are baseball fanatics, received baseball equipment, Atlanta Braves gear, and tickets to an Atlanta Braves game as part of their Christmas surprise. With this, they also were gifted games, electronics, clothes, and essentials. Amanda received 3 months of rent, 4 months of cleaning for her home, gas gift cards, grocery gift cards, and contributions towards clothes and other necessities for the family. In total, the contributions are valued at approximately $10,000. See the video of the day, here.
