For the last nine consecutive years, Mark Spain Real Estate has had the opportunity to grant a Fish Christmas Wish in Atlanta. This year, we were honored to grant a very special wish to Laci and Andrew’s family. Atlanta, GA—Mark Spain Real Estate made a heartfelt impact on an Atlanta-based family this holiday season through its ninth consecutive partnership with the Fish Christmas Wish program. Contributing $10,103.86 in necessities and holiday cheer, the brokerage, alongside the Mark Spain Foundation, granted this special wish to Laci and Andrew, a family facing challenges as one of their three children has been hospitalized.

In late November, with the support of Kim Fitz, host at 104.7 The Fish, Mark Spain personally announced the granting of this wish to Laci during a live radio segment. Mark Spain Real Estate carefully curated gifts earlier in December to make this experience unforgettable. The family received $10,301.86 worth of necessities, including assistance with rent, groceries, loans, and special shopping sprees. The children were surprised with thoughtful gifts, such as hunting gear, fishing gear, Legos, jewelry-making kits, makeup, art supplies, clothing, a Barbie Dream House, and more. Mark Spain, who has a big family himself, cherishes the opportunity to support a family in need each year. On December 11, 2024, he delivered the gifts to Laci and Andrew at their home, bringing holiday magic to their doorstep.

Giving Back Throughout 2024

This holiday effort is just one of many ways Mark Spain Real Estate has given back throughout 2024. Earlier in the year, the company hosted its sixth annual Nashville Rescue Mission Hunger to Hope Radiothon, a foundational event for the brokerage. The 14-hour radio broadcast achieved record-breaking success, raising $288,433 and providing over 101,204 meals to those in need.
