When Mark Spain Real Estate first learned that several Nashville Cumulus radio stations, including WKDF, WSM-F, WGFX, WTN and WQQK were joining forces to air a fundraiser, the company quickly signed on as an event partner. These radio stations have grown to become some of Mark Spain Real Estate’s strongest business relationships.
Together, the Nashville Cumulus radio stations and Mark Spain Real Estate helped organize the Cumulus Cares Tornado Relief Radiothon. The event took place on March 6, 2020, from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Edley’s Bar-B-Que in East Nashville. The organizers collected monetary donations for the Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund on-site. Listeners of the radio stations could also text “TennesseeStrong” to 68683 to make a donation for people in need. In addition, Cumulus Nashville collected blankets, baby formula, wipes, toothpaste, and other essential items at accessible areas near the broadcast site. Cumulus Cares Tornado Relief Radiothon ended up raising a total of $238,329 to help those affected across middle Tennessee.

In November of last year, Mark Spain Real Estate also sponsored the Nashville Rescue Mission’s Annual Radiothon fundraiser to assist the area’s homeless.
