Mark Spain Real Estate Ranked One of Atlanta’s Top 25 Real Estate Companies

Atlanta’s Top 25 Real Estate Companies list Mark Spain Real Estate for a third year in a row! The list is based on Atlanta gross residential sales volume in 2019. Mark Spain Real Estate earned the No. 18 spot on the list.

Compiled annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Top 25 list was recently published in a Home Quarterly Top Producers issue.

We are honored to make the list. Most importantly, the company is thankful to serve the community and provide an unparalleled client experience when selling or buying a home.

Mark Spain Real Estate named one of Atlanta’s Top 25 Real Estate Companies

Mark Spain Real Estate had nearly 2,960 transactions and $683 million in closed sales at our four metro Atlanta offices in 2019. Our other offices are located in Athens, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Nashville. Company-wide, we crossed the $1 billion sales benchmark and had 4,200 closed transactions in 2019.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle bases this list on verified gross residential sales volume in the metro Atlanta region during 2019. Company-wide, we achieved nearly $400 million in sales outside of our metro Atlanta offices. We averaged 81 closings a week in 2019. 

In addition to three other locations around Atlanta, Mark Spain Real Estate is based in Alpharetta.

The company is also recently debuted on the annual REAL Trends 500 list. The list recognizes the top-producing residential real estate firms in the United States.
