Our New Associate Director of Sales Additions

Mark Spain Real Estate is excited to highlight our latest promotions and additions to the Sales Leadership Team. Each market we serve has a Director of Sales, but as our company is growing and improving we have added the Associate Director of Sales title to each market. Congratulations to these hardworking individuals on their new titles as Associate Director of Sales.
Stacy is an award-winning sales executive with over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. For the past four years, Stacy has been the Sales Director for the retail channel at Nilfisk, a global manufacturer of industrial equipment. Prior to that, Stacy spent ten years at The Home Depot in various leadership roles leading the strategy for several multi-million-dollar categories. Stacy brings a vast knowledge of catering solutions to end users and sellers, sales growth initiatives, and leadership skills. Stacy resides in Marietta with her husband, their three daughters, and their two German Shorthaired Pointers. They enjoy boating, physical fitness, and (once upon a time) traveling.
Tara has been in Real Estate since 2005. Before she joined the Raleigh Rockstars as a Listing Agent in April 2020, she had worked both in general brokerage and property management. While in property management, she was a Business Development Manager. When she transitioned from Property Management to General brokerage, Tara led a team at a boutique Real Estate Firm where she spent most of her time training/coaching new agents on winning the business and client experience. Tara is also a certified CE instructor in NC and knows the rules and regulations like the back of her hand!
Tara has accomplished so much in her first year with Mark Spain Real Estate…a big one being 50 closings in 11 months! From day one, Tara has been a culture pillar honoring the company fundamentals in all that she does. She earned this role by finding great success in her current role while adding value to her peers when Raleigh needed more sales leadership hands on deck as the team grew and dominated the Raleigh market.
