Mark Spain Real Estate Sponsors Christmas Mortgage Miracle

 Mark Spain Real Estate is honored to announce its sponsorship of the Mortgage Miracle Sweepstakes hosted by 94FM The Fish. The Christmas Mortgage Miracle provides a chance for one person to win their mortgage, or rent, for all of 2023. This is a prize value of up to $18,000.

One of the brokerages’ values is to lead with a servant’s heart and give back to local families in the communities it serves. Mark Spain Real Estate and the Mark Spain Foundation are blessed with the opportunity to bring people together as well as make an impact on a family in need by providing a little less stress to start  2023. 

Mark Spain Real Estate and the Mark Spain Foundation have an established history of giving back to their communities and supporting families and children. This past October, the Company sponsored a Fall Festival and Pumpkin Giveaway providing free pumpkins and fall activities to 1,000 families in the Chattanooga area. Additionally, the company has sent hundreds of children to summer camp, provided free childcare during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, and sponsored access to basic needs for families in Nashville through the Nashville Rescue Mission.

The brokerage has donated thousands of dollars worth of food to local food banks to support hunger prevention and purchased $10,000 worth of Girls Scout cookies, which provided young women access to programs despite financial circumstances during the pandemic when cookie sales were at an all-time low. The company also blesses local families each year with acts of kindness and Christmas wishes, often providing necessities like housing and food and bringing families joy by surprising them with trips, clothes, and toys to brighten their days! This will be the station’s fifth annual Mortgage Miracle Holiday promotion, running from November 1st to December 21st. To enter the giveaway, visit The Fish Nashville website and enter your email. You can increase your chances of winning by entering once each day through December 21, 2022, as well as completing optional activities to earn bonus entries. The winner of the sweepstakes will be announced on December 22, 2022.
