• The number of active listings is down 54% from the previous year and down 21% from the previous month

• The median listing price for the month of November was just under $400,000

• The number of days on the market is down 48%

• The median sales price for the month of November was just under $350,000

• The number of units sold stayed consistent year over year and increased 1% month over month

What Does This Mean For You?

Buyers, the number of active listings decreasing from last year indicates a smaller selection of homes to choose from. This means that buyers who waited to buy may have had a smaller inventory to choose from during this time of year. However, the slight increase in the number of units sold month over month indicates that buyers may have been taking advantage of opportunities in this market.
