Mark Spain Real Estate saw a 52.7% increase in the number of closings in the first quarter of 2020 compared to January – March 2019! Mark Spain Real Estate experienced the largest growth in Atlanta with over a 48% increase over 2019. The Company’s first-quarter growth is the result of our experienced agents who sell homes over 150% faster than other agents!
